If you have had a planning application refused by the local authority, we can help you submit a planning appeal to the Planning Inspectorate. We act for clients on all types of appeals including householder and written appeals, hearings and public inquiries.

As part of our service, we are able to provide you with bespoke Design and Access Statements to support your proposal. These statements are required for some applications and are documents that set out the reasoning behind specific design choices within planning applications.

Fuller Long can provide assistance and advice for clients subject to enforcement action by their local planning authority (LPA). Enforcement action is taken in the event of a breach of planning control, either because planning permission has not been obtained or there is a failure to comply with any condition or limitation subject to which planning permission has been granted.
