Fuller Long helped our client to obtain listed building consent for a replacement window and the installation of new rooflights to a Grade II listed Victorian house in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. The works affected a later addition at the rear of the building.

Fuller Long produced a Heritage Statement which outlined that this was an area of little significance and that the proposed works would enhance the external appearance of the listed building. This is the second successful application that Fuller Long have helped this client with on this particular property. Once again listed building consent was secured with minimal liaison with the local planning authority, Dacorum Borough Council, within the statutory 8 week period.
