Fuller Long assisted a client with gaining approval for works to the chimneystacks of a Grade II listed thatched cottage in Hampshire. The works were associated with the installation of a new wood burning stove and were required in order to comply with Building Regulations and minimise the risk of fire in the thatch.
Fuller Long liaised with Test Valley Borough Council and the stove contractor to provide detailed information regarding the design and specification of the works and permission was granted within the statutory 8 week period.
